Whether you’re replacing one or more pieces of equipment, making whole-home upgrades or converting to natural gas heat, we have rebates and incentives to help you save. Terms and conditions apply.
HVAC and Water Heating Equipment
Installing energy-efficient equipment has never been easier or more affordable. Upgrade to qualifying equipment and you may be eligible for rebates and incentives, including our 0% APR financing through NJNG’s On-Bill Repayment Program (OBRP). Here’s how to get your rebates and financing!
- Have an independent contractor install your high-efficiency equipment.
- Submit your NJNG rebate application or apply for 0% APR financing (up to $15,000).
*All offers are subject to available funding. Maximum OBRP 0% APR financing is $15,000. All loans are net of NJNG rebates. For example, on a $10,000 repayment with an APR of 0% and a term of 7 years, the customer would make 83 payments of $119.05 and one final payment of $118.85. For example, on a $15,000 repayment with an APR of 0% and a term of 10 years, the customer would make 120 payments of $125. NJNG reserves the right, with approval of the State of New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, to terminate, modify, suspend or extend this rebate program. NJNG rebates and incentives do not apply to new construction. Offer applies to equipment purchased and installed by June 30, 2024. Rebate applications must be postmarked within 120 days of equipment purchase date. Customer must submit a paid receipt and proof of permit with NJNG application. Specially trained HPwES contractors use state-of-the-art equipment to perform an in-depth home energy checkup. A detailed report will highlight the recommendations for your home, as well as the associated costs and potential energy savings.

Quick Home Energy Checkup
The QHEC is a FREE home energy assessment walk-through for residential customers to help identify opportunities to save energy.* And SAVEGREEN can help them get a jumpstart for free by installing low-cost, energy-saving products, like LEDs and low-flow showerheads.
Or for just $49, upgrade to a Quick Home Energy Checkup+ (QHEC+). A SAVEGREEN certified auditor will conduct an in-depth assessment, including a blower door test, evaluate your HVAC system and water heater, and check your insulation levels to help you identify opportunities to reduce your energy cost. Plus, we'll include low-cost energy-efficiency measures and the installation of a smart thermostat when purchased on the NJNG Marketplace.
